An online Will can be purchased online. The price of this Will includes one free interview with a Solicitor, who will help you understand the meaning of your will and make sure that we draft the Will so that it gives proper effect to your wishes.
If you would like to purchase a Will the process is as follows:
1. Click on purchase Will.
2. Our office will contact you with an acknowledgment of this purchase.
3. Reply to this email with the following instructions:
a. The correct spelling of your full name.
b. The name of the person you would like to appoint as executor of the will.(in simple terms this is the person who looks after the will once you die).
c. The name of any persons you would like to give a specific gift to directly and what that gift is (example, i want to give my Tools to my son Jim Brown).
d. Who you would like to give the rest of your estate to (example, i want to give the rest of my estate to my wife Jane Brown).
e. Whether or not you would like to be buried or cremated.
f. any other instructions you would like to include
g. Any other questions or comments you may have.
h. Please also include your telephone number, so we can call you.
i. If you are confused about anything, you may always call 07 3366 9797 and speak to us directly
4. We will draw up your will and send it to you to check over and request any changes.
5. You can either have your will witnessed by two people who are not mentioned in the will, or you can call our office and make an appointment for our staff to witness the will.
6. If you witnessed the Will yourself, you may send a signed copy of the Will to us, in case you lose your Will.
