An online Power of Attorney can be purchased online. The price of this Power of Attorney may include one free interview with a Solicitor, who will help you understand the meaning of your Power of Attorney. This meeting can take place by the telephone or in person at our offices.
If you would like to purchase a Power of Attorney the process is as follows:
1. Click on purchase Purchase Power of Attorney.
2. Our office will contact you with an acknowledgment of this purchase.
3. Reply to this email with the following instructions:
a. The correct spelling of your full name , address and contact telephone number.
b. The name and address of the person(or persons) you you would like to appoint as your attorney. This is the person you would like to be albe to sign documents and make decisions on your behalf.
c. Whether you would like the power of Attorney to come into effect Immediately or at some other time (such as if you are declared incable of managing your own affairs.
d. Any other questions or comments you may have.
e. Please make sure you include your telephone number, so we can call you.
f. If you are confused about anything, you may always call 07 3366 9797 and speak to us directly.
4. We will draw up your Power of Attorney and send it to you for execution. You may either make an appointment with our office to sign and witness the document, or you can take it to a local Justice of the Peace to have this document witnessed.
